Plant for separating prepacked liquid waste
A new system to separate the liquid part from the packed bottles allowing the elimination of expired or defective packagings.
ISVE has recently designed a plant to enable the separation of prepacked liquid waste. The classic application concerns companies whose main activity is bottling and packing of drinks, fruit juice, mineral water, etc.
A loading belt transports the material into a four-shaft model 80/80E shredder. The machine will break the bottles, while a stainless steel mesh belt will separate the liquid part from the remaining material.
Then PET parts or similar materials are then unloaded into Big-Bags, while liquids are roughly filtered and transported to the depuration plants.
This system can treat up to 150-180 bottles a minute and it can reduce costs for disposal of expired or faulty lots.
