The combination of a wide range of accessories with the industrial shredder allows you to expand the application possibilities of these machines, making them more versatile and convenient to use.
With this in mind, I.S.V.E. has created an equipment consisting of a cutting unit placed above a vibrating screen.
The combination of these two machines allows you to:
- carry out a coarse crushing of wraps of any kind containing granular, dusty or liquid materials.
- to facilitate the recovery of the main product by sieving.
Cutting group
The cutting action of the grinder takes place thanks to a series of cutting elements that intersect with each other causing the crushing of the material.
The main elements of the system consist of sharp-edged discs, equipped with hooks.
Each hook has the function of “hooking” the product and conveying it towards the cutters mounted on two or more counter-rotating motor shafts, which provide for a clean cut of the material.
During this phase the wrappers of the packs are roughly open allowing the packaged product to come out.
During the first phase, the grinder opens the package allowing the product to escape. The shredded waste is subsequently separated according to the particle size, allowing the recovery of the primary product.
Screening group
The homogeneous set of packaging and product scraps are conveyed on a net that initially separates the coarse waste.
After being screened, the product to be recovered falls into the lower container and is discharged through a nozzle.
The synergy between the two appliances allows the recovery of agri-food products such as coffee, cocoa, flour, milk powder, fruit juices and other packaged material.
Each industrial shredder is easily accessorized with vibrating screens with a diameter of 400-600-900-1200-1500-1800 mm with a number of nets from 1 to 4 according to the type of processing.
